SACC Summer Program Registration, Now Open

Feb. 8, 2022 - Registration is now open for Comal ISD’s School Age Child Care (SACC) Summer Program for students 5 years old and enrolled in kindergarten for the fall of 2022, through completion of fifth grade.

The summer program will run from 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday beginning June 6 through Aug. 12, with Monday, July 4, closed in observance of Independence Day.

Seven Comal ISD elementary campuses will host this summer’s program including the following:

Garden Ridge Elementary
Hoffmann Lane Elementary
Indian Springs Elementary
Johnson Ranch Elementary
Kinder Ranch Elementary
Morningside Elementary and
Timberwood Park Elementary

All applicants must be capable of functioning independently in a group setting. SACC offers recreational and educational activities, group games, guest presentations, field trips and indoor/outdoor play in a safe and fun environment in which to learn, play and grow.

While parents/guardians are responsible for packing a sack lunch for their children daily, two snacks are provided each day.

The price for Comal ISD’s SACC Summer Program is $170 weekly per child with a $30 registration fee per child not to exceed $60 per family. A limited number of spots are available on each campus.
