Thirteen Smithson Valley Student Athletes Sign National Letters of Intent The February round of national high school signing events wrapped up for Comal ISD with 13 Smithson Valley High School student athletes taking the next step in their athletic careers. This brought the total number of signees for the district to 42 over a four-day period.
