Two budding artists will have their art displayed at the Bob Bullock Texas State History Museum and in the lower rotunda of the Texas State Capitol Building in March.

Individual and team honors were awarded recently during the first of three district-wide Chess Tournaments. The first tournament was hosted at Canyon Lake High School. The next is scheduled for Feb. 23 at Smithson Valley High School followed by the final tournament on March 23 at Canyon High.
The competition is fierce for Comal ISD's 2nd Annual Geography Bee. Geography Bee champions from each middle school will qualify to take an online test to determine whether they will compete for the state bee.
