One Comal ISD high school has earned the College Success Award for the second year in a row. Smithson Valley High School has been recognized for successfully going above and beyond simply graduating students but also helping them enroll in college and succeed once they get there.

Comal ISD's Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs, like Health Science, are part of a multi-faceted, modern curriculum that provides students with the technical knowledge and real-world skills they need to get started in a current or emerging profession.
