The Comal ISD Board of Trustees approved a compensation package for all employees that includes a 4 percent pay increase and a $1.16 per hour increase for bus drivers during a special meeting on Tuesday.

Kindergarten Enrollment begins Monday, April 18, for Comal ISD. Children who are 5 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2022, may enroll in kindergarten at a Comal ISD elementary school through the district's Skyward Parent Portal.
An eighth grade student from Mountain Valley Middle School was surprised when she found out that her design was chosen as this year's official logo for the 12th Annual Student Showcase. Her art classmates cheered as she was presented with balloons and her framed design.
